Pursuance to the orders of Hon’ble High Court of Allahabad in reference to the PIL No.4003 of 2006 (regarding pollution problem in River Ganga) dated 21.12.2010, a Committee has been constituted by the Chairman, CPCB to monitor the quality of water of the tributaries which merge with river Ganga.
